Initially sweet with beautiful follow thorough of garlic, celery, salt and onion. This rub is delicate but delicious.

Ideas for use:
Sprinkle on pork or chicken prior to cooking or use on chips.

Sweet Roasted Chicken Recipe:
Sprinkle liberally on whole chicken, let rest uncovered in fridge for a few hours or overnight to achieve crispy skin, roast in oven, BBQ or smoker at 180-190c until internal temp reaches 75c, approx 1.5hrs. Rest for 15 mins and serve
